Healthy Meals To Fuel Your Body
BEHIND THE SCENES
Fit Eats believes that healthy food can be greater than the sum of jumbled ingredients and nutritional information to suit basic needs. Our goal is to combine convenience with a pleasurable experience of excellent flavors from dishes inspired both locally and internationally.
Meet The CEO, Lynne.
Lynne Friedman is the CEO / Owner of Delicious International with its flagship brand Fit Eats (www.fiteats.com). The company produces healthy, heat and eat meals for shipment across the Western United States and has two retail locations in the farm-to-table hub of Sacramento, California. Previously, Friedman was a private chef in the Los Angeles area, laser focused on taking the intimate dinner party to a new level with over-the-top presentations and authentic international flavors for many private clients, charitable events and entertainment industry professionals.
Also, included in Friedman’s skill-set is personal wine making, the art of mixology, and crafting celebratory cakes that sometimes involve moving parts and illumination. Prior to culinary school, she received a Bachelor of Science from UCLA in Mathematics/Applied Science and worked as a CPA and a CFO with a career in international business. After financial success in the world of high tech, Friedman went back to her passions: food and drink.
She has written for The Los Angeles Times and The Malibu Times Magazine and has more recently contributed to the literary anthology Los Angeles in the 1970s: Weird Scenes from the Goldmine.
In order to help our customers achieve a sustainably healthy diet, we develop new dishes regularly with what we like to call “recipe wrestling.” Our chef, CEO, and nutritionist duke it out, coming at each recipe from three different angles to arrive at the perfect combination of flavor, authenticity, and nutritional value for every meal, making it easy and enjoyable to stick to your fitness goals.
